All major credit and debit cards are accepted via PayPal. You may also use your PayPal account should you already have one. At no point do we see or retain your card details.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all purchases. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been despatched. Please note that a signature will be required on delivery.

Should you have any questions regarding your delivery, please email us with you name, order number and the nature of your enquiry.

You have 28 days should you wish to return an order.

Items must be returned to us unused and undamaged with all tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to you. Refunds are issued via PayPal or to the card used to make the original purchase within 10 working days, although when it reaches your bank account does depend on the card issuer.

Should you wish to return an item, please email our returns department who will issue you with a returns authorization number.

Important! An excessive number of returns may result in future orders being refused or cancelled.
